All teachers want to help students become better learners and purposeful on-task talk is a great way to achieve that.
Through a series of practical examples, this workshop will help participants to plan and structure group-work activities with student thinking and talking at their centre. All of the strategies will be transferable across topics and subjects and will complement the aims of the junior cycle programme.
