This course will explore
Study skills courses in schools can sometimes find it challenging to deliver improved student outcomes because they are not embedded into classroom practice. In a blended learning situation, maximising learning potential is crucial to a successful learner experience and better learning outcomes.
Following the workshop, participants will
➢ Have developed an understanding of the neuroscience of learning and metacognition.
➢ Have developed skills to incorporate six research-based learning strategies into their classroom, online and homework practice.
➢ Have a resource pack containing teacher notes and student resources.
➢ Unlimited online support while using the materials provided in this workshop.
