We will chat about how we can support our young people improving awareness and management of anxiety & behaviour, learning about appropriate self-advocacy and reducing exposure to bullying".
Muireann Sadlier has 23 years teaching experience in both inner city DEIS settings in Limerick city and special school settings. On completion of her Masters (MSEN), Muireann was seconded to the SESS for for four years and subsequently to the NCSE for another four years. She has a special focus and interest in behaviour and wellbeing in all education settings, and how to help young people to maximise their wellbeing both in the school setting and outside of the school setting. Muireann also holds qualifications to teach yoga and mindfulness and wellbeing in the school setting and has years of experience delivering same.
