The Primary Mathematics Curriculum - The ‘How’ and the ‘What’

During this week long activity-packed course participants will engage with the mathematical content, elements and pedagogical practices of the new Primary Mathematics Curriculum to:

• Improve their own mathematical and pedagogical content knowledge in order to implement the Primary Mathematics Curriculum (2023).
• Develop their understanding and awareness of rich, meaningful, inclusive learning and self-assessment experiences for children in maths.
• Experience a range of playful and engaging learning experiences across all stages.
• Explore how the SSE process and Looking at Our Schools (2022) supports the implementation of the Primary Mathematics Curriculum.
